Philomena Owusu-Ansah is the General Manager in Charge of Human Resource and Administration. She is a graduate of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Post-Secondary Secretarial (PSS) certificate from the Kumasi Polytechnic. She has over 20 year’s professional experience in Human Resource Operations, Administration, Contract Bidding and General Supervision.
